No hot water... pool was only open from 630 pm to 830 pm... breakfast was horrible... rooms smelled like mildew... very outdated... staff was not helpful when asked about hot water

We’ve stayed at this hotel for years and it was good . Unfortunately it has new lease owners who struggle to run a hotel . I liked its location and that’s all .

The pool is only open from 6pm to 8pm . I was told each hotel gust can swim for 1 hour . The washing machine is broken The rooms are not cleaned daily The TV is very old and has no streaming In a 12 day stay the police were present 3 times because of drug dealing in the parking lot

Staff was rude stayed one night and was charged for 4 nights swimming pool looks like a murder scene

Staff was a bit short and abrupt when speaking with. I was asked if I was checking in with a pet, which I verified, as I’m standing there with my dogs crate. I stated my son and his fiancé were going to come visit me and go swimming, to clarify that was ok, since this was my whole reason for going to Texarkana. Staff then informed me I had to pay an extra fee for my dog. After I finished checking in a took my stuff to the room, we went to dinner after my son arrived we were gone for a while. After we returned, she accused me of having a cat, stated to me she saw me with a cat. I’m allergic so there was definitely no cat, I even told her she could come to the room and check, she refused. Then in an aggressive manner, told me to fill out a paper informing me about what if’s on my dogs behavior that I could be charged for. About 15 minutes later my husband went to get something from the car, and she told him my son had been here for an hour already, so his visit was cut short. Then in the morning we tried to eat waffles at the free breakfast, no matter how long we cooked them, they were raw in the middle. We had to stop and buy food, yet that’s part of why we booked there, I could have stayed somewhere cheaper, and bought breakfast out and saved money.I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN,

Roaches and mildew smell. The staff was rude. They really should invest in upgrading their rooms. Even the doors to the room are filthy. A little paint goes a long way. We had 4 adults and one child, but we were only given 4 towels and wash cloths. When my husband requested another towel, he was told that they didn’t have anymore. Then I went and explained that there was 5 of us and we need another towel and wash cloths. She finally gave me a towel and wash cloth. I don’t understand why it I had to negotiate to get a towel and wash cloth. I also asked to exchange another wash cloth, because I had cleaned with one, but she refused. Maybe they should invest in more towels or ask the guest to bring their own.

I liked the price that was charged for the room. It was also close to the convention center that I had to go to for the meeting that I had the days I was there. The parking wasn't bad.

The food was not what was expected, the shower curtain was dirty, When someone came to clean my room they didn't pick up the towel I stepped on when I got out of the shower.

Not much. It was dingy looking from the moment I stepped in the lobby.

The hallway and walls were dirty. The pool was closed. The continental breakfast was the worst Ive ever seen. There were only cold biscuits and gravy. The waffles mix was wrong and tasted terrible, gooey. Even my 12 year old son took one bite and said they were disgusting and he usually loves pancakes. When I asked if there were eggs, they brought out a back with 2 mushy hard boiled eggs. The coffee was horrible. Everyone who I saw get breakfast were disgusted with what was offered.

Breakfast needed more choices. The location was convenient for our purpose of staying in Texarkana.

This property on the outside had 2ft weeds, along with a 5ft pothole at the parking lot entrance. Trash by the front door. The door Matt was so dirty you could hardly read it. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The room had stains on the chair, bed skirt, sheets, pillow cases, lamps carpet and the bathroom was moldy and filthy with feces smeared on the back of the toilet. Needless to say, we did not stay. This property should be shut down.

I liked that it was pet friendly. Bathroom was clean! Thank you!

The floor was sticky even without carpet. Definitely kept our flip flops on!

They made us pay a $100 deposit and never gave it back. It’s been a month and they keep telling us they don’t see the transaction on their end

The price could have been upfront about the total.

Not up to date, no wifi, no vending machines, will not stay there again. Very disappointed ☹️

Bedding was nice, unit was clean- bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Attitude and shady front desk personnel

Rude front desk girl, they also added a $100 deposit which was not made known when I booked the room. Beds lumpy , coffee maker didn’t work. Smelled like stale urine

Do something about the smell, get rid of the nasty carpet , make sure the coffee makers work in the room, get comfy pillows and mattresses, make sure to reveal this hotel charges $100 deposit at booking time

The bathroom could have been clean with atleast a roll of toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work on a 90 degree night. They didn't have a different room so we left after 3 hours. Asked for a refund and got nothing.

I’m going to be very honest. You have to be careful when you hire people who will just hand keys out without even checking records. I was in a first floor room. The night before I was in a different Wyndham and on the second floor. I mixed the room number up and asked for a key to 208. He gave me a copy of that person’s key. I went to my room and my key did not work. If I was dishonest, I could have just entered the other room and take whatever. Or worse. Now the cleaning lady was very nice. But she too opened the door to my room without verifying my identity. I’m very careful about that. I’m a sexual assault victim with a stalker and two of your people could have let him in my room. I also have a girl who stays in the same hotels I do so she can steal my documents and money. This app allows people to change the dates AFTER the stay. That is probably how your room 208 was occupied. Because the key I had from the previous night opened the door at your hotel. And I was charged for two rooms at each hotel. The keys can be reprogrammed. You are losing money because those rooms are not being paid for by the correct customer. I requested a refund for one of those rooms and did not get it. I was alone. I had one room. 108. Those girls are smoking and everything else in those rooms. And turning tricks. I was charged for their carelessness.
