Had an amazing stay and everything was great!

It was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. They also provided a laundry which is very helpful.

The only thing I think could use improvement is the shower head. the shower head was pointed towards the opening so the first time we used it we got water on the floor.

It was comfortable and in the right area so overall a nice spot to land.

Location is Great, just mins away from downtown. It was quiet in that area. The bed was vey comfortable. It was a studio so you cannot expect a lot of space , but we really did not need much since we were there to explore Sedona anyway so we were not there much.

Some Bigger towels in the shower area, as well as a bath mat to step out on would be great. Not that we needed one but a TV on the wall might be good for some?

Filthy Nightmare. Sleep in your car!

Nothing! I could not stay because of comments below. Booking.com - you really let me down.

$75.00 cleaning fee!?! Horribly stained shag carpet. PHOTO. The most current photo was nothing like the mess I experienced. Ripoff price. Similar to my rate at Los Albagones across from Tlaqipaque (sp. ) Bizarre Buddhist theme gone wrong. Slippery patterned sheets purple nylon? Access door was unlocked upon arrival.make me feel very unvacation. Heavy stains surrounding sink. Remodel attempt to create a rental out of a ? I got at least 8 emails and duplicates.... Extra fee if you want to arrive before 5:00 pm.

Everything was good for us. We wanted to cook breakfast. So that would have included eggs and meat. But we didn’t know if that was ok or not. So we didn’t. It wasn’t a big deal. We were at a speaking engagement, most of the time, anyways.

We had 2 cars. The parking was tight. But we were able to make it work. There were no problems. So we were fine.

A perfect place to stay allowing total consentration on our vacation.

Very confortable and the location was superb. A well run system. The location put us very close to some hiking trails which was the purpose of our trip. That part of the city was easy to get around and away from the large number of other tourists.

We needed a couple of more days to do everything we wanted to but we hop e to be back!

Everything was explained so I could easily find it & know where to park. I had some difficulty adjusting the water temperature in the shower.

Excellent accommodation to reach great hiking areas and have delicious restaurants nearby.

Owner kept us updated given our later arrival. Studio was perfect for us. Fully outfitted, excellent beds, bath and WiFi. Close distance to our hiking goals: Devil's Bridge and Boynton Canyon. And close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Shower was a bit of a challenge to use.

Stayed in the studio, pretty nice had everything I could have ever needed. Easy check-in. Quiet setting, good for quiet getaway. Homey feel, with yard to lounge in. Private off street parking.

Extremly quiet place in a residence street close to the center. It has everything you could wish for. A huge fridge, comfy bathroom, a kitchen fully equipped. It was great!

Cozy & Conveniently Located

Kathy was the nicest! She waited for me to arrive to show me the room and was super easy to communicate with. The room felt really cozy and was actually bigger than it looked in photos! The bathroom was super well-stocked even with body lotion and sunscreen, and there were extra blankets in the closet. The little kitchenette/sitting area was really cute and had everything you need! There's also a really cool meditation bubble where you can see the stars on a clear night 🌟. And it's conveniently located near the main part of town, and the mountains in the background driving up to the house are just incredible.

I get cold easily and there isn't a way to control the heat, but the extra blanket in the closet helped and I think there was a space heater (I didn't look too well). I did also feel bad that there was a brand new unwrapped dish sponge in the sink which I understand the reason but it also seems wasteful, though I can't think of a better alternative. There also isn't a towel for in front of the shower and the bed was a little too soft. But these are minor things and I would stay again!

As a young female solo traveler, it was really important to me that I stayed somewhere where I felt secure and safe. They delivered! The room is super comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! I will be returning for my next visit.

One of a kind experience for a great value, would recommend to anyone!

Amazing value. I thought I was only renting the stargazing space, so I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that I had a room in the house too. I loved the surprise shaman theme (I am a shamanic practitioner so I geeked out when I saw it).The room was convenient since it was a little chilly. The stargazing space is one of the coolest stays I’ve ever had!! The dome had a heated blanket, heater, & electricity. So cozy. Absolutely gorgeous night sky & I woke up to hot air balloons in the distance. It felt like a dream. The bathroom was so nice & clean. The hosts were so helpful & friendly. Highly recommend!!

Location was good

Bed was very uncomfortable and the protector was a plastic cover which was not good to sleep on. Air conditioning/heating unit kept being switched on by other guests so no control by us and very noisy. The property is old and needs updating, old furniture and carpets and very poor quality fitments. Dangerous Electric wires and lock on the door faulty. We were in the double standard room
