Very welcoming staff who took good care of guests, particulary at Breakfast, service is superb. Room is cleaned daily to a high standard. Location is central to everything, supermarket, train station, restaurants, shops and St Peter's Basillica all within a few minutes walk.
The air con smelled a bit damp so we avoided using it.

Great location, close to the Vatican, with restaurants and a bus stop nearby. Very convenient for exploring the city.
The room was quite small, and unfortunately, there was quite a lot of noise from the other rooms, especially at night. The breakfast was the same every morning, so there was not much variety. However, the gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful, and the coffee was really good.

Driss is Wonderfull Guy. He respects and takes care of everything. He is so polite .
The location is really good to travel around.
The kitchen is in the middle of the apartment so you can easily hear the other guys eating or talking. You might think thats allright but sometimes the other guests leave earlier than you with rush and that can annoy you. The other thing is black woman working there is just disrespectful. She doesnt even answer properly. While we were there, the other guests also complained about her attitude. Booking point is so high that fools people.
