Great overnight stay

The room was easy to get into after hours. The room was clean and cute. It matched its 360° photo gallery. Its towels were exceptionally soft.

Clean..good deal for the money. Strange check in but once figured out was okay. Had a minor glitch with the tv and it was resolved very quickly.

No room service for your entire stay…which means no more coffee after first night or fresh towels.

Close to town. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable.

No staff present, had to call the police about fighting in the next room. Hard to heat. Much smaller room than expected. Difficult parking. Unexpected extra fees.

Locked out after an eight hour drive!

Location

This property doesn’t have an onsite manager. We were sent a code to check ourselves into our room. Unfortunately, after an eight hour drive, we discovered—along with others checking into their rooms—that the codes didn’t work. We called the contact number for assistance and were given a code for an alternative lock box with key. That enabled us to get into the unit. What a hassle! This is really unacceptable. There are plenty of better security access systems on the market. Having to go through this ridiculous process put a damper on our visit. I can’t recommend the place for this reason.

Location was good for us. Beds were comfortable, but not excellent.

Floors were NOT clean. Box fan was dirty, but the only way to move air in the very stuffy room. Coffee was not good, no tea offered. No staff on site.

It was what we needed for this trip.

More spacious than expected, with a mini fridge, dining table, and microwave. Also, The arrangement of 3 beds was exactly what we needed, as I traveled with a friend and my adult son for a wedding.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. We all woke up sore and not very well rested, I'm afraid. Everything else was good.

There is no one to check in with, and I had a very difficult time using the program on my phone. Also, there was no ice every motel hotel should have ice. For two days I had to go across the freeway to get ice.

I didn't like having loose dogs running around the parking lot. The owners let them roam around off leash.

Bad check in and communication but fine otherwise

Location and facilities are adequate and I would probably come back

The check in process is nonexistent. When they say "vacation rentals" they just mean a motel with no staff on site. I did not receive any check in information and had to call a number that went to a call center. It was a huge inconvenience and when I left my phone in my room (user error) I was completely screwed on getting back in without the 9 digit!! Door code. Multiple people were in the parking lot trying to get in to their rooms when I got back in the evening.

It was clean and the location was adequate.

I did not like the lack of availability from people at the hotel. What really bothered me me the most was that the was not able to get clean towels when I requested them. I was told to take the ones I had to the laundry mat if wanted clean towels.

The booking in process was not good from our perspective. We didn’t realise it was contactless and it took us over 40 minutes to get into our room.

Ok place to stay much older property.

On site staff was wonderful fixing the issues. I had some trouble getting the tv to work as well :/ towels are to small.

Tube is not draining I was standing in gross water. Show water temperature changed while in the shower to very cold and very hot. Almost burning me. Air in room never felt light it got to where I set it. I was told when asked if ran out of tp what do I do? She said go buy more .but on site staff brought me more tp and towels:)

the room was clean and cute, but for the cost, didn't have much to offer.

there was immediate assistance with a phone call or text to get into the room

1) finding the code was hard as the email was long and sent a couple of times. 2) once I found the code, it didn't work. Whatever the electronic system they use, is faulty 3) they did have an alternate key but I have issues with small movements with my hands, so it was really hard to get to and tall even for me. 4) the door lock itself seems to be broken. it was easy to get the key in, but hard to figure out how to turn it and really hard to take it out.

Great value for the price, I booked this property on day one of our 5 day road trip. Family trip with a teenager. Easy to access with the access code, everything was cleaned, nice studio with two queen beds.

The location was great: just a very short drive to the main part of town and the beach. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It's a very good value for the cost. It was self-checkin using a door code, which was very convenient.

The room was light and clean. Everything was easy to find. I enjoyed a great night’s sleep and a very relaxing hot shower. There were plenty of nice towels, the bed was very comfortable and the property was landscaped and quiet.

Comfortable clean stay after difficult entry

Comfortable bed, good lighting, pleasing coastal decor, quiet location.

Entry was difficult, it required memorizing a 10 digit code that needed to be typed in extremely rapidly else the lock timed out. It took 3+ minutes to get the door open because of the lock. Maybe the battery was dying as I have used similar locks elsewhere and they never timed out in under 1 second like this one did.

The room was adequate and clean

The lack of on site staff. I booked last minute and was not sent a code for the door. Cell service,was terrible and I had a horrible time trying to contact someone.Finally a call went through and after waiting on hold, I finally got the code over the phone.It was emailed to me 2 hours after we arrived. We had no idea how to lock the door from the outside so we could leave. We have been I;contactless places before but have never had this amount of trouble.

We were very pleased with the room, how it was updated, decorated, furnished and cleanliness.

Outside the door is a slight step that is not well marked. Almost fell twice. Some fresh grout is needed in bathroom. Sit on the toilet to see what your patrons see

No easy way to get replenished soap etc. Knowing how to LOCK the doors was a problem. Guests frequently cursed and said the same thing loudly. Bed was bad - we got backaches :(
