Come and enjoy this beautiful private suite just minutes from Bandon's gorgeous beaches, our quaint little Old Town, and Bandon's world class golf courses. Our beaches are great for agate hunting, checking out tide pools, and beach combing while watching the amazing sunsets.
Bandon's Old Town is full of interesting shops and wonderful restaurants. Between crabbing, fishing and boating, there is always an adventure waiting for you! Visit our Coquille River Lighthouse!
Our suite amenities include; free Wi-Fi, 2 - 40' Sony flat screen TV's, a microwave, small refrigerator with freezer, Keurig coffeemaker, a Queen Size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. This is a very quiet, comfortable suite. We're conveniently located on the south edge of town right off of highway 101.

Guest suite was clean; host did communicate check in prior to actual check in; suite is good for 2 adults (more would be tight due to furniture configuration and bringing luggage in suite); easy to get to Bandon marina & shops/restaurants nearby; treats of citrus, oatmeal and snack bars left by host were most appreciated - thank you; a few items/considerations for future travelers to this suite:- directly off Hwy 101 - set back from street - we could hear traffic noise at night - not a deal breaker for us - but if sensitive to noise at night - may be a problem for you- only sink in suite is in the bathroom - so if you make oatmeal or anything that requires silverware, coffee cups, etc - you will be doing your dishes in the bathroom sink - not a total deal breaker - but would have loved another sink- check in time of 4pm (which is clearly advertised when booking suite ) - would love if host re- considered & made 3pm check in time for future guests - those who have been sightseeing &/or traveling up/down coast all day (like us) would love to put their weary feet up by 3pm - you may not think 1 hour is a big deal - but it makes a HUGE difference when traveling - I will definitely have to ensure our future stays in any sites are a 3pm check in - would just alter your listing re: laundry - not sure if you meant there is a "coin laundry" in town - but no laundry in suite for guests to useThank you for a great stay in Bandon - we enjoyed visiting the town.

Wow, what a thoughtful host! They had coffee pods, sugar, both creamer and half and half in the fridge, water bottles, and snacks. The bed was so comfortable and they had lots of different pillows (all were nice and not lumpy, which I appreciate after some of the places I’ve stayed). Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They really have everything you need. There’s even a grassy spot in the yard set up with a couple of chairs to sit in and enjoy coffee in the morning to the sound of the birds. The beach is a quick 5 minute drive so the location is really convenient. I only have good things to say about this spot!

The property was clean and easy to find, right off Highway 101. I was allowed to check in a little bit early as I had arrived earlier and abandoned than I had expected. There was coffee in the room and some treats in a basket on the table. The owners left a very nice note welcoming me and thanking me for my stay. I would highly recommend.

If you have a car/don't mind driving a short 15 minutes, the price for what you got vs. staying at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort was compelling. Check in and host hospitality were great and it had plenty of room to spread out. It was also near the center of town and the beaches.

The vacation suite in Bandon was very conveniently located. It is less than 5 minutes to the spectacular face rock beach and downtown Bandon shops and restaurants. In addition, it was ~10 minutes to the main attraction of my visit: Bandon Dunes Golf. While situated on Hwy 101, the suite is set back from the road, so you don’t hear much noise from the highway, especially at night when there is very little traffic. The suite is adjacent to the owner’s house, so if there were any issues the owner would be able to address right away. Karen was a great host, in communication with me prior and during the rental. She has set up the suite with attention to detail. There was a welcome gift basket and note, and everything you would need for a short visit. The suite was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen area has a few dishes and utensils, so I could have breakfast in the suite.

I booked in September 2023 for March 2024 stay in Bandon, to golf at nearby Bandon Dunes Resort. My 1st VRBO. The local Bandon hotel that I used last year did not offer continual availability for 3 nights, which caused this VRBO experiment. Did not know overall process or the rules of engagement with VRBO hosts, so I was trusting the very high reviews from other guests at this property. The communication from Karen and Michael was excellent, from initial reservation confirmation, followed by pre-visit check-in about 7 days prior to visit, and checkout. Communication is important because your credit card gets charged by VRBO up front regardless of how far in advance. Driving instructions to property, which is tucked away from Highway 101 South, were excellent. The property was exactly as described and ideal for my needs. Very secluded, clean, quiet and all-around comfortable. On the morning of Day 2, my 2024 Mazda CX-5 rental mini-SUV rear liftgate malfunctioned, preventing the actuator from latching (prevented secure manual closure), which caused an annoying internal alarm (discovered to be a common design defect while searching web for Mazda CX-5 liftgate troubleshooting). Karen had spare duct tape to help me secure the liftgate from flying open while traveling. I recommend this vacation suite property hosted by Karen and Michael if you value cleanliness, privacy, comfort, seclusion and dependable communication. Excellent overall experience. Thank You!

First of it, even with the excellent directions from the owner, it was a bit difficult to find! It is decorated nicely. What I was really disappointed in was the fact that it is listed as having a kitchen. There is no kitchen! There is a small microwave and a dorm size refrigerator. Basically it was the same as in a motel in that aspect. We were hoping to make some of our meals there, but there are not even bowls for a bowl of cereal. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is separate. It is a very nice little place, but is small. It is right outside of Bandon , so very close to the attractions Bandon has to offer. We would stay again, but now I know what to expect.
