I can’t think of anything….although my sister had horrible allergies and she did notice the mold in the kitchen.

Clean, comfortable and quiet cosmetically updated entry level apartment in an older building. Good communication.
Very clean. Comfortable king bed and bedding. Quiet. Entry level apt, with a minimum of stairs to access. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of natural light. We were only there one night so did not make use of the glass enclosed sitting areas front and back, nor the kitchen really. The front patio area was a useful place to safely store our bikes. Clear instructions. Walkable to a few eateries (slight hill and .25-.5 mile).
This is an older building with what appears 4-6 units which I’m guessing all have been similarly refreshed cosmetically for short term rentals. It’s in a neighborhood which is just a little worn. Nevertheless we felt safe walking .5 mile and back for dinner. Not a negative per se, but some folks just might want to be aware this is an older building and neighborhood. We felt our car was safe in the parking provided in the back.
