The Residences of Main Street Station is a great mountain lodge to enjoy anytime of the year.

We loved the location and ease of parking. The room was great and very clean.

I wish there was a happy hour or some sort of breakfast offering.

A housekeeper tried to open our door at 8:00 am without knocking - luckily, I had dead bolted the door. While the location is great, it was so loud in our room until 2:00 am due to a bar blasting techno until 2:00 am.

Beautiful room w/everything one needs for enjoyable stay! The surrounding outside are a little part setting! Highly recommend for family & travel!!

Other than low toilet for handicap & no grab bar, was very nice. Surprised that the toilet was lower than average. Those of us w/bad needs find it harder.

Very comfortable pillow top bed, fireplace, large fridge, spa tub, hot shower. Able to sleep with window open.

The floorplan of the room was perfect Cleaning staff was wonderful and kind.

Not a secure wifi network. Room was very noisy. Room was at the end of a very long hall and faced the street that was full of noise late at night. Very hot, only one extra fan.

Exceptional Property and Location

Everything, the location was great and close to everything on Main Street. Easy drive in our rental to anywhere in Breck that we wanted to visit. The staff was great and helpful! Highly recommend anyone to stay here. The room was very clean, beautiful fireplace and nice view of Main Street.

We enjoyed every part of our stay, there were no issues at all from check in to check out. The check out process was easy, we just had to drop our keys and parking pass and leave.

The size of the suite and the amenities provided

Well....there was a sock in the sofa bed and a used soap in the master bath. Personally pretty chill about that stuff-I don’t love it but I don’t get too spun up, but others really might. Just a additional walk through and checking the sofa bed would be good.

Great rooms- no service.

the rooms were great.

Staff was not happy to be there. Not unfriendly- just no extra effort was made to provide information. In order to use the pool, you had to sign up for a time slot. Fine, but by doing so you had to sign up on your phone through a 3rd party and agree to the terms for signing. The hot tubs were closed. Since Booking.com said 'final price' when I paid- I was surprised by a daily resort fee. With covid-19 and half of every service not available- I am not what I was paying for- will not be back.

Geräumiges modernes Zimmer (Raum 4106a) im EG mit kleiner Küche. Schönes großes modernes Bad mit separater Dusche und Badewanne.

Der Service! Das Personal in der Lobby war nicht sehr freundlich und wenig am Gast interessiert. Relevante Informationen musste man erst erfragen. Etwa zur engen Parkgarage, die auf zwei Ebenen von mehreren angrenzenden Gebäuden genutzt wird. So ein Verhalten kenne ich von Servicepersonal in den USA gar nicht. Angeblich ging meine Kreditkarte (die ich die letzten 10 Tage problemlos in Colorado genutzt hatte) nicht. Man ließ mich aus dem Auto eine zweite Kreditkarte holen, die auch nicht ging. Am Ende lag es am Lesegerät des Hotels. Als die Dame endlich die Daten per Hand eingab, funktionierte auch die Zahlung. Das Bad war nicht sauber! Reste von Waschgel und Haaren in der Wirlpoolbadewanne. Hässliche Rostflecken in beiden Waschbecken. Ich hatte für meine Tochter und mich ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten bestellt. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen von uns zuvor in Colorado besuchten Hotels wurde einem hier nur ein Klappbett geboten. Das war nur mit einem dünnen Laken bezogen und die Matratze mit dem normalen Betts natürlich nicht vergleichbar. Um das Bett herunter zu klappen, musste man erst Holzmöbel verrücken. Da kommt beim abendlichen Einckecken Freude auf. Am etwas hervorstehenden Gestell des Klappbetts habe ich mir nachts auf dem Weg zum Bad zweimal den kleinen Zeh gestoßen. Das war schmerzhaft und unnötig. Lautes Housekeeping. Morgens um 7.30 Uhr wurden wir von lautem spanischen Gesprächen und Lachen geweckt. Als dies anhielt, bin ich im Schlafanzug auf die Suche gegangen. Zwei Zimmer weiter, im Housekeeping Raum, saßen etwa 6 Housekeeper bei ihrem lauten gemeinsamen Frühstück. Ich habe dann deutlich um Ruhe gebeten, war danach aber wach. Check out ist bis 10.00 Uhr. Das ist, was den Service angeht, alles überhaupt kein Hyatt-Standart! Dem Manager habe ich ein entsprechendes Schreiben da gelassen. Am Ort gibt es noch genug andere schöne Hotels.
