Central but not the best option in hind sight

It was central and within walking distance of the town square and all restaurants and shops. Easy parking.

The rooms and bathrooms are good but there is no table to either do some work at or sit and do make up or other bits. This has to all be done in the bathroom with no separate toilet area. There is internet but it was easier to hotspot off my mobile than use the intermittent WiFi. I did call and was told there is no known issue but it continued for 5 days. We visited the offsite guest house for the complimentary but they were not aware we had checked in and weren’t given breakfast options but had to take a prepared meal option. All round the location is great but there are areas that could be improved at this price point.

Lovely!

This place is a hidden gem! It was a very cold day (for California) but they had the heater on and felt right at home from the very beginning. Beautiful, cozy, awesome bathroom…everything was perfect! A very short walk from downtown. They have their own parking spots which was great! We were sad to leave and would love to go back one day.

Beautiful warm place.

Host was not responsive. There were no instructions about how to find the place (there was no signage), and it was very hard to figure out how to get in. The instructions included a pin code, but no information about what to do with it. Apparently it was actually a code to open a lock box that contains a key. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no information on how to get that breakfast. It turns out the breakfast was half a mile north in a different inn. On top of that, it was priced like a luxury suite.

Great location but some shortcomings

- location. Within walking distance of everything. Easy to get to if coming off the 101. - Parking: a parking lot out the front with allocated spaces makes it a doddle. - Space: the apartment is a good space, which is perfect if travelling with a little one (like we were) - Bed: excellent, super comfy. - Kitchen amenities: there are plenty of plates, glasses, mugs etc - Decor: nicely designed all round. - Breakfast: whilst a bit of a walk to the Green Leaf Inn (approx 12 mins), was very pleasant

- aircon: is really temperamental. It leaked water all over the floor a few times, but also had a habit of going into some strange mode (usually in the middle of the night) where the fan would keep alternating between full speed and quiet, often waking us up - Internet: poor. Runs slow to the point that we struggled to watch Netflix on it, and on the final night it just stopped working completely - Cleaning: cleaners came everyday (other than Saturday, not sure why) but didn’t really didnt do too much other than change towels, clean cups and make the bed. Any crumbs on the floor were left unvacuumed, and we found cobwebs in the corners where it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while. Some trash was also left, so we ended up cleaning it out ourselves on a couple of occasions - Kettle: when boiled it pores out little black bits from inside the kettle. They really need to change the kettle! - No safety deposit box: bizarre. But literally no where to store safe belongings, thus we had to store them in the car instead.

spacious and comfortable

Room was comfortable and the bathroom is HUGE!! Love the option of heating the bathroom on a chilly morning. I also appreciate having bathrobes. Although breakfast is a half mile walk it is delicious and should not be missed!

The outdoor patio could use a refresh. The plants are overground and everything looks older. Also the floor in the bedroom is warped (previous water damage?) and needs to be fixed.

Healdsburg is always a great place to stay in wine country

Location was great, could walk into town. Breakfast at the Grape Leaf Inn was great, could drive or walk. The bathroom was really nice and it was nice to have a kitchenette.

Beautiful property with plenty of room to relax!

Even though it was great proximity to main part of town…walking distance, I wish the area was a bit less industrial and more secluded. The units are next to businesses and a garage.

Never received a code from Booking.com, had to call # and person who helped had to track down a code that did not work so she ended up coming down and giving us a key.

Communication for check in was horrible. Room was hot, air conditioning did not work well. Floor boards in bedroom coming up, tripping hazard.

Spacious quiet room, good breakfast. Would have appreciated black-out shades and a skylight shade.

The breakfast was good--muffin, coffee, juice, benedict, yogurt. Bed was comfortable. A/C in the room worked well. Very quiet.

Would have appreciated some healthy options for breakfast. The drapes in the sitting room didn't cover the entire window so there was a lot of light in the room in the morning. There is a skylight directly over the bed with no shade, so again a lot of light in the morning The "hot" water was lukewarm in the shower. A TV guide would have been helpful, and larger TV's would have been a nice bonus. Overall, I would recommend this place for two people.

Spacious new rooms, good location

Good meal. Had to drive to get to it. WE were 2 couples and enjoyed being next to each other and the solitude. Unfortunately, rained the entire time.

Did not know there was no reception and that units are free standing; just a bit of a surprise. TV access was tricky; could be better explained. Need 2 designated parking spots.

The huge bathroom

The seats in the entry area were too hard… uncomfortable to sit in … wiuld prefer a more soft sofa ! Also had difficulty getting the tvs to work … needed managerial help .

Disappointed and would not stay here again

The place felt worn. No comfortable place to sit. This is not a suite. The sitting room does not work. We could not sit and watch TV comfortably. No table for eating. No hangers in the closet. 10 remotes but several had dead batteries. Hard to know which remote goes for what. Curtain does not cover the window entirely. Curtains drag on the floor and were dirty.

Amazing place and value, would stay here again!

The place had the most amazing bathroom with a heated floor! Great value, as breakfast and wine tasting at affiliated wineries was included. Room was clean and comfortable, and easy walk to all Healdsburg locations.

It took us a bit of time to find it. It's a building? surrounded by other buildings on the block, and not the easiest to find in the dark. We read the instructions again and eventually found it.

I couldn’t get a hold of the property for hours! check in was at 3 and I started at 1:15p and no one answered or called back! By 4p still no answer and I had to call another property and Amber answered and she saved the day! She got me all the check in info and even dropped off a bottle of wine for our inconvenience.

Our stay was somewhat disappointing as there was no amenities no pool no hot tub no bathtub

The breakfast was delightful it was at a close by but yet needed to drive a car B and B .

The room had a bad smell upon arrival. We called for housekeeping the following day and did not receive any.. The air conditioning wasn't working and we needed a maintenance man to come he did eventually come to fix the air conditioning.
