Worn out house in one of the best Sea Ranch locations.
It’s our third time in 11 years we have stayed at this property. It’s a spacious, unique home with an excellent location on the bluff
This home has significant delayed maintenance. It is worse than the last time we stayed. We woke up one morning to water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen. This home has significant water damage in multiple interior areas. The windows are fogged up, making it difficult to enjoy the view in several key locations. Although there are newer couches in the main living area, most other furnishings (rugs, table, chairs, etc) need to be replaced. Lots of cobwebs that should be taken care of by cleaning crew. The exterior of the home is in very poor shape. Not well maintained.
