About this house rental

Ours is a very private, fully furnished, luxury air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath wine country home located a short 5-minute walk to Main Street in the charming town of St. Helena in the heart of the Napa Valley.

The 2-level, light-filled home with high-speed WiFi and original art throughout has a newly remodeled fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a family room with a 4K TV, a living room with two sofas, a dining area that seats up to 8, four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 baths (including 2 full ensuite baths, one full jack-and-jill bath, and a half bath), and a beautiful fully-landscaped rear entertainment area with a bocce court, an outdoor kitchen with large Wolfe BBQ, gas range, warming oven and ice maker, a 12-foot diameter plunge pool/spa, and two large seating areas - one with with two sofas and a fireplace and another for dining that seats up to 10 persons (both areas are under gazebos with extendable awnings). The two-car garage has a Level 2 EV charger and additional off-street parking with room for another two cars..

The primary suite features a king-size bed, a large 4K TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an extra-large tub and a separate shower and WC.

The main guest room, also on the upper level overlooking the quiet neighborhood, features a hand-crafted queen-sized French iron bed, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

The two guest bedrooms on the ground level feature queen-sized beds and share a large double-sink "Jack and Jill" bathroom adjoining a separate WC with a glass-walled shower. There is also a half-bath 'powder room' just outside the door to one guest bedroom.

The family room has a fireplace and looks out through large windows and French doors onto a very private large nicely landscaped rear entertainment area that includes an outdoor kitchen with Wolf appliances, bar, bocce court, large spa that can seat 8 - 10 people, a gazebo-covered conversation/seating area, a second gazebo-covered dining area with seating for 8, and a fireplace.

Downtown St. Helena is a mere 5-minute level walk on a paved sidewalk through a nice neighborhood. St. Helena has numerous restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, salons, exercise and spa facilities, wine tasting rooms, etc. There is a large Safeway market two blocks from the house and a gourmet market another three blocks further on..

Rentals must be for a minimum of 30 days and the rental fee includes internet service, the gardener, and trash removal. Water, sewer, gas and electricity costs will be passed onto the Guest monthly.

    This was the first time my wife and I decided to do an extended stay in Napa and this St. Helena property checked all the boxes and then some. From our very first interaction to our check out the owner Robert was very inviting and helpful with the property. You will not find a better property in all of Napa that has access to downtown St Helena with the variety of shops and restaurants. It is all about location! The house is as advertised and gorgeous. Everything is up to date and very clean. We will definitely be making this an annual trip from here on out. Cheers!

    This beautifully redone property served as our home for our annual month in Napa Valley during the summertime. The home is comfortable, has great beds, and has plenty of spaces for people to visit together or find a private spot to read. The owner, Bob, is very responsive, and nice to work with. With its French country vibe, this home is located in perfect walking distance to downtown St. Helena, Safeway, Sunshine Foods, and Model Bakery, not to mention several good restaurants. It is centrally located for wine tasting as well. Lovely home -- perfect visit!

    This home is perfect for anyone from couples to a group of up to eight people if your looking for a prime location in the heart of the Napa Valley! Main Street Saint Helena is only a quick 4 block walk and the Safeway grocery store is only three blocks away. The back yard is perfect with bocce ball court, spa, large entertaining area, large dining area with rock wall and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and the home is decorated in a French provenance style! I highly recommend this home for couples all the way up to a large family of 8. We will be back again!

    This home is perfect as a home base for visiting Napa Valley wineries. The patio is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Only a five minute walk to Main Street and it’s many excellent restaurants. This is our third year and we hope to return next year.

    We enjoyed the month of July 2016 in the St. Helena house. It is walking distance into town, and St. Helena has the best vibe of all the towns on Hwy 29. Everything was truly great. The patio is one of the best spots to relax and unwind that I have ever enjoyed. The outdoor kitchen was a dream. The house is well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked much better than most rental houses. Bob and Liz are always available if a question arises, and they are truly nice people. We can't wait to return!

    This home is absolutely the best you'll find in the Napa area. Very close to all activities, even walking distance to several wineries. Close enough for a Gott's burger and The Bistro downtown. The house has every feature you could want including hot tub, patio area, and full service outdoor Wolf grill, ice maker and warming tray. Also, there is a regulation bocce ball court located in the patio area. Double car garage including two bicycles for your use. We will definitely try to return to this property again.

    Our family was visiting Napa Valley for the wedding of our daughter and we were so pleased with the rental of this beautiful home. Not only did it comfortably accommodate 6 adults, its outdoor entertainment area was smartly furnished and perfect for our family and guests. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, but there is a grocery store and downtown St.Helena only a short walk away, which is very convenient in times of need. And, the very best part of our overall experience was the service provided by the owner, Bob. From our initial rental inquiry, he was prompt to reply, attentive to all questions and details, thereby making it stress free and providing a happy, memorable place to stay for our daughter's wedding event.
