**FALL/WINTER** Notice: The only heat source for this home is a wood burning stove. Wood is provided in the shed behind the stove.
This property is located in the banana belt of Gualala, Ca. where the weather is almost always warm and sunny even if much of the coast is covered in fog, yet is just minutes from town, the river and beach. As you drive down the private driveway, this large home sits majestically in a serene redwood meadow with a beautiful deck, and garden.
