Violations may be subject to fines starting at $500 - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. During Santa Rosa's declared wildfire season all wood burning or solid-fuel burning fire pits, fireplaces, and BBQs/grills are strictly prohibited - Quiet hours must be observed between 9 pm and 8 am. - Max overnight occupants 8. - An additional 4 daytime guests can be at the property. ​​​​​​​ Parking Details: 2 car garage. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
