Very comfortable and quiet. I had quite time in the front to read my Bible that was a plus for me

The breakfast was delicious but it needs bacon and scrambled eggs to go with the bagels and toast not omelette everyday

Very comfortable beds and rooms.

Breakfast was out of everything by 7:30. Manager was complaining to another customer that she wasn't warned about so many guests today. Toilet ran and had trouble flushing.

This was one of many stays here and we will continue to stay here when we return to San Antonio.

Location was perfect - my family lives within five minutes from the hotel. We especially enjoyed the cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Rooms were always clean and cool when we returned in the late afternoon.

I have a disabled room this time and it smells like feet. The vents on the air conditioner have not been cleaned in God knows when.

Great experience with some maintenance issues.

It is centrally located. Laura, took care of us from the beginning. 3rd party failed to confirm reservation but, Laura was able to accommodate.

The last night’s stay was miserable. It appears that the 4th floor HVAC can no longer withstand the extreme hot temperatures and left the entire floor feeling like a sauna.
