Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent: full breakfast, popcorn and soda at 4, kickback at 5 to 7:30 was a surprise full meal an 3 alcoholic drinks 🍸 😋 Building is maintained unlike other more well known chains that let small things go. Beds extremely comfy!

It’s reliable and convenient - we stayed at another Drury Inn elsewhere and both were similar and we liked the familiarity. Free parking available on site and free hot food at dinner time and breakfast. Short drive to the riverwalk

I loved the complimentary breakfast and dinner snacks. Also were were given a ticket for 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks for each day we stayed. The kids loved the pool and the hostess was super friendly as well.

On our last night, the people next door were very loud and you could hear their child running around the room. The soundproofing could be a little better.

I don't understand how this place got 9.6 and that's why I made this mistake booking this place.

Receptionists were very polite and positive. Checked me in at 2 not made me wait till 4. When I realised the AC in my room did not work offered a different room immediately.

In the first room I checked in - AC and Fridge did not work. Changed the rooms - AC caught up on the second day (not quite but it was bearable). Location - train at 2 am, 4.30 am EVERY NIGHT woke me up, the fridge in the room froze all my stuff and wasn't adjustable. Breakfast and dinner were horrible : carbs on top of carbs, nothing healthy except for eggs. No cold cuts, no fruit or vegetables. Food is always lukewarm. Mattress was very uncomfortable, swimming pool is located in the middle of the parking lot. The whole place is very outdated.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming. The hot breakfast was delicious, and a great way to start the day. Happy hour was also a good.

Only issue did affect our comfort was the air conditioning in our room didn’t cool properly, and unfortunately, we arrived late from an event with our kids already asleep. So switching rooms wasn’t an option. In the morning, I noticed box fans in the hallway, and the front desk confirmed the unit was older and some rooms do not cool down properly.
