Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio

Sheets had cigarette burnt holes, towels stains marks on them! My finger could fit through the holes!

I would have given them 5 starts but the Pool was not cleaned.

I like it had a pool but they need to maintain it better I get it with the rain but still it was cool.

I had to buy lightbulbs for my room, I stayed 1 week and never received clean towels after asking, every time I used the microwave the fridge would shut off and the tv would cut in and out, microwave kept overheating and shutting off, grateful to have a roof over my head but would not recommend and will not stay again

Enjoyed the peace and quiet

Was in town to cover the Final 4 and hooked this up as a place to stay after I was sure I was going to get to go. Really wasn’t a comfortable place or near the Alamodome as I needed to be. It was like are under the area where the belt way around San Antonio was being built, so it was t a totally safe or productive coming and going.

If your using gps make sure you don’t miss your turn into the parking lot Google Maps kept me going in circles Apple Maps got me there Noisy location due to near road construction

Not bad

The rooms were very unclean, we needed a quick please to stay during a layover and were with another family. All 3 rooms that we were given were extremely un-clean, bed stained, un-clean bathrooms, Days Inn should not put their name on this place. There were several homeless people on property, and we visibly saw cats going in and out of rooms. This was during the 30-45 minutes we were on property. We refused to stay in our rooms and returned to the airport to sleep, it was terrible.

Didn’t stay there. I need someone from Expedia to refund my money. 12/28

They don’t have WiFi the wall was dirty all around there were also bugs in the shower and in the sink and the beds are very uncomfortable

The first room had no cable TV. The second room had a fridge that was dirty and smelled. It was nasty!!!

Room had a foul smell, shower drain didn’t drain, after taking a shower the water was over ankle high, very unsanitary. Booked for 3 nights, checked out after the first night.

Where do I begin? We could not get into the lobby during daylight hours. So, I cannot say that the lobby looks like the one pictured in the listing. Actually, I had to take a triple-take when we arrived to the property, for it did not look like the listing. The property looked like the photos on the Expedia website were over 20 years old. The place has not so much had a fresh coat of paint since the beginning of this century. The room had a fire alarm ripped from the ceiling, and no other safety equipment - no other fire alarm, no sprinkler system, etc. The pool water was a deep shade of murky green. But the smell. Oh, the smell of the room was unforgiving and unforgivable. The mold in the air was so thick a knife would have cut it. Turning on the air conditioner did not make the smell any better. The linens were not clean. I repeat - THE LINENS WERE NOT CLEAN! Not the towels, not the blankets. The bed and its linens were coated in a sticky, gooey, greasy something. Within two minutes, my lungs began to burn. This building needs to be condemned. My daughter and I stayed in this room long enough to book a stay at another hotel. I handed the attendant back his key, and we bolted. PLEASE STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS OWNER!!! I am literally calling the health department ... ... now.

Room smelled bad, linens were run down, staff was unfriendly.

The room was clean but the bathroom was in a bad condition. The bathtub was clogged and the sink too😣

The microwave was not cleaned it had food inside and the inside top was all rusted out pieces were just falling off . The refrigerator was not cleaned as well, had dirt and hair inside. The bathtub had hair’s. The floor was not swept nor moped!

Checked in and told them 3 people like the reservation said. Got to the room and had 2 sets of towels. Room was 90°. If you’re going to check someone into a room you might turn the air on a little.

The Office helped me find the mailbox. Red Lobster is 3 blocks away but there are special instructions. I adore the location I-35 at I-410 as I go to both Sea World and Fiesta Texas. I enjoyed feeding the pidgeons at the start of my day everyday also so bring something to feed the birds with.

Person, woman, greeting was horrible & unknowledgeable about US laws & insulting to self & retired fire fighter who was obviously ailing in health. Some people should not have job in hospitality. Family or not

Ran down. Super loud fan / cooler on the room. Needs an overhaul would not recommend

I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled of siggar, the toilet moved, the bathroom door was broken, the tile on the floor was broken.

No frills one night stay. AC was great. Cold air. The compressor coming on and off did wake me up a few times. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. The bathroom was clean but the shower had a broken handle. Pool seemed cleaned as I walked by. I would not stay with my family here. Area a little sketchy. Lots of road noise.

What I liked about the place was the staff was expectional kind and helpful with anything requested. What I didn't like about the place was that to get to the location is a one way road and the lack of maintenance about the place.

Restroom is torn apart, shower head, and knob are falling, wall is torn up. When we arrived we couldnt enter due to construction. Construction workers weren't going to let us in. I explained theres no other entrance.

The property is right off of the interstate and near a railroad which turned out to be louder than expected. They are remodeling the property right now. I will say that the woman who checked me in was very nice and they let me park my car right by the front door for safety. I was a woman travelling alone.
