I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 11pm the same night. Unsuitable location.

There was nothing I liked here. There was no breakfast. It was advertised on the website but the location told me there wasn't any. But he said he could give me cereal, I declined.

The sheets, pillow cases, and the floor were dirty. The bathroom was ok but the tub was yellow in color. There was only one towel and it had stains on it. The customer service was terrible. There was no way to get back to this hotel since there was construction blocking the frontage road. I called and the man was rude and sounded like he had just woken up.

The microwave was powerful

Other guests were acting weird, trying to look inside our room when we opened the door, trying to see who else was with us, they even knocked on our door in the middle of the night one time, All of this made us feel uncomfortable, Safety is 0/10. The sink has a crack, the bathroom doesn't have an extractor, the towels were extremely dirty, even when we asked for new ones, it seems like that was the standard. The lights were missing their covers, and the bed sheets had blood on them. We requested room service and never got it. The staff was rude and refused to give us clean towels or more toilet paper. The reservation included breakfast but breakfast was canceled due to short staff.

The only things I didn't like were things that were completely and totally out of their control. There's massive construction of the roads on interstate 35 but you can still get around. That's completely out of the hotel company's hands and nothing they can do about it. The people are great 👍

The room was very old looking and dirty walls, floor, and stains on the sheets and tub and towels. They had pit one towel for four people i asked for a non smoking room. And it smelled terrible of cigarettes. And the headboard it was broke and laying on the bed. And no hot water.

Walls were Stained all over, restroom door would not close, hair dryer had wires sticking out, they tried moving me to another room and when I checked it, it smelled with the smell of marijuana. then the male owner was rude when confirming my stay and hung up on me. when I wanted to cancel my stay, they were trying to force me not to leave! worst hotel experience ever!

Nothing bring your bio hazard suit it's a roach infested dump

Everything in the room was gross cigarette burns everywhere and the fire alarm tore off the wall. Holes in the doors and the walls. The room entrance door was not secure.. sink drain backed up. Hair dryer plate present but no hair to be found. No towels in the room. Roaches spiders were all present.
