Staff was very friendly and the motel was clean.

Comfortable, clean hotel, good breakfast.

Space of the room for 5 should be bigger. No extra bed.

Perfect location, great ease in checking in and out, amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Payment options were not what was advertised on booking.com. The night audit who checked us in was sarcastic and coded keys for the wrong number of nights; when we went to have him add an additional night he acted as if it were our fault. The lady of the first shift was also a bit dry and sarcastic. There must be a chapter in the training manual on sarcasm with the guests. [Under normal circumstances I am a fan of this level of humor; however, we were in town for the funeral of a loved one-not always appropriate.]

Location

Breakfast was not good. It was the same thing all three days so we skipped on the last day. We got to our room about 10 PM and it was 79* even though AC was set to 70* and would not cool. After we had someone look at it, we were moved to a new room upstairs so we had to pack up everything and drag it to the new room. When we got there it was 82* as the air had been shut off. It took until 3 AM to cool off. Also the room had not been vacuumed. It was a frustrating stay!
