Small tv not enough channels

bed was very comfortable, the elevator stopped working -fixed by morning- had issues with tv remote- took sometime to replace- looks like shorthanded with help- excellent breakfast!!

We had to use a washcloth for a stopper in bathtub. Was concern about taking a shower as the bathtub was slippery.

I have family in the hospital across the road so ive been in and out every 3 hours probably, around the clock, for over a week. Every time I come in , whether its 3 pm, or 3 am , there's a smiling face at the front desk. And always cheerful and extremely helpful. Ive had to extend my stay a couple of times and did everything they could to make sure I didnt have to change rooms or floors for anything same room the entire time. I really appreciated that.

The only thing bad I can really say is the wifi was down most of the time, not really anything big , bit it was a bummer when it came to filling out paperwork and Teams meetings .

The pool was good.

1st room the TV didnt work. Moved us to a room that only had a light in the bathroom and at the coffee bar. Bedside lamp had no bulb, table lamp bulb was burned out. Bathroom had two conditioner bottles, no shampoo.We were on the 3rd floor with only one elevator working.
