I just completed a 5 night stay at Hawthorn, and loved every bit of it. The suite was extremely clean and I loved the room service. They have a really nice pool and spa, a business center, an indoor fitness room and laundry facility as well. The staff were super friendly , passionate about customer service which is a huge plus
The only potential downside is the lack of restaurants nearby, but it was not too much of a hassle for me. I will recommend Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham lubbock anyday.

Dear [Hotel Manager],
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that greatly affected my experience.
Firstly, the bedroom had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy my stay. Additionally, the bed sheets appeared to have stains resembling urine, which was quite off-putting.
Furthermore, despite placing the "do not disturb" sign on my door, the staff entered my room without any prior notice or permission. This invasion of privacy was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.
Moreover, the lack of internet access on a day when my daughter needed it for her homework was highly inconvenient. It is essential for hotels to provide reliable internet services, especially in this digital age.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the sofa in the room was filthy and in need of proper cleaning. It was not up to the standard one would expect from a reputable hotel.
Lastly, I was surprised to find that there was no body wash provided in the bathroom. This oversight is unacceptable and greatly inconvenienced me during my stay.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was far below expectations. I hope you take these concerns seriously and take appropriate measures to address them.
