It wasn't the greatest but the price was decent. Was a bit muggy walking into check-in but it look like they were going through renovations. We got two different rooms for our group and the other rooms mini fridge had bugs in it, thankfully we did not have to use it. Location is great though, not too far from TTU campus if you are going for game days or visits.
