When I before I rented the room, I called and asked him of the hot tub was working in the pool was heated.They said yes to both and they assured me that it was the first night I got here.I didn't go to the pool the second night the hot tub was not working at and it was dirty in the pool area. So I went and told them they said they were going to get the hot tub working, and they were going to let me know. Nothing was ever done. They assured me and I had rented another night. I shouldn't have had did that. And when I talked to the manager, she can't do nothing, because that I read it from a third party, which I think it's ridiculous. And in my room on top in the attic, there's like a whole bunch of doves in there or something that you could hear them in there. All damn day and all night and they can't do nothing about that either worst staff ever including the manager

Staff was not helpful when asked basic questions about things
In Lubbock. They didnt go out of there way to find out either. I am a platium member and i certainly didnt feel i was treated like onec i am supose to be able to get early check in and late check out when i asked for late checkout you would have thought i was asking them to cut off their arm or something

I was told when I called that the hot tub was working, and it wasn't, and it's been messed up.And I paid 4 three days, and I am very upset
