In The City": Annecy center fully renovated apartmentlike this apartment for its brightness and its "bon vivre" feel. It's very functional indeed, and the brand-new fitted kitchen gives this room an attractive feel. The living room, with its balcony flooded with sunshine from early afternoon, opens onto an unobstructed view of an attractive evergreen tree. The apartment is bucolic and very quiet, with the city just around the corner. The master bedroom is cozy and romantic, and the brand-new bathroom features a generously-sized, comfortable shower. The apartment is very well equipped with new furniture and appliances. I've brightened up the walls with canvases I've painted, hoping to inspire you.
The apartment is exclusively for seasonal rental, so we have no personal belongings in the closets. All equipment is at the disposal of our guests.
We offer private parking reserved for the condominium at a cost of 7€/day, payable on arrival.
Optional linen kit 30€ per double bed, including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels.

Beautiful Apartment, everything neat and nice, chosen tastefully. Corrine is very attentive and was helpful at all times. The place has a perfect location, you can walk to all the spots of interest and you will have everything you need to cook your breakfast or even dinner. Only thing I would point is you have to pay extra for having towels and sheets por the bed.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to the lake, the old town and an upscale mall with a great supermarket.

While the host initially communicated well, and let us check in early, the linen charge was expensive (60Euros) and only mentioned after the booking was paid for. The Wi-Fi (and therefore smart TV) wasn’t working and despite a promise to have it fixed we heard nothing for the rest of our stay. After leaving we were told we would be charged an extra 50 euros for allegedly not cleaning the apartment properly when we had taken care to look after it and put it back the way we found it but had simply forgotten to run the dishwasher on leaving.

The apartment is in a great location ~ very convenient to Old Town, the train station and the Lake…the bed is comfortable and it was very quiet at night…everything is new and well appointed…I recommend this apartment…

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité du lac ainsi que la qualité et la propreté du logement. Les deux espaces nuit sont agréables et spacieux. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont des atouts de ce logement. La place de parking est fondamentale vu les difficultés de stationnement dans le centre ville. Corinne a eu la gentillesse de mettre à disposition sa cave pour nos vélos et nous la remercions.

grand T2 bien entretenu,proche gare et commerces,mais tarif excessif par rapport à la prestation: linge de maison en supplément, la propriétaire n'a pas été en mesure de mettre à disposition une table et un fer à repasser.Pour quitter l'appartement vous laissez les clés sur la table de la cuisine et vous partez en prenant soin de claquer la porte .Il y a certainement mieux sur Annecy ....

Since the moment we stepped in, we were delighted with both the owners and the apartment. It is beatiful and has a perfect location. We did have a couple of problems, the Wi-Fi wasn't working (although it was fixed very fast) and the blinds in the main room were broken too. The blinds stayed broken for most of the stay, which was very unfortunate. We were given very precise and strict instructions to keep the flat clean, however some areas such as windows and blinds were quite dirty and could've used some cleaning. We also think that the kitchen was missing basic cleaning equipment. Apart from this, we didn't have any more issues. Overall we are very satisfied and the landlords were very helpful. We would love to stay again!

Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre semaine passée dans cet appartement très bien équipé, à la décoration pleine de peps et d'originalité et parfaitement propre. Les commerces et le centre historique d'Annecy sont à 5 minutes à pied tout comme la gare mais l'appartement étant situé à l'arrière d'une résidence, il est parfaitement au calme. Nous espérons bien revenir !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Corinne.Très bien situé,tout près de la gare , du grand centre commercial et des rues piétonnes menant au lac.cet appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, très propre et agencé avec goût. La résidence est calme, et nous pouvons nous garer dans le parking fermé, réservé aux résidents. Une cave était également à notre disposition pour entreposer nos vélos. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

superbe logement, tout est neuf, propre, fonctionnel ; nous y avons passé 3jours très agréables , de plus il est situé très près de la gare et proche du centre historique d'Annecy; cela fût très pratique pour nous qui sommes venus en train , cela nous a permis de découvrir la vieille ville et son lac à pied. Ce logement convient bien pour une famille de 4 personnes car le coin nuit dans le salon est très bien aménagé; Bravo pour la décoration à la propriétaire et merci pour son accueil bien sympathique ;
