The staff was extremely friendly. The parking was great, building easy to navigate. Everything was nice and clean.
Two things kept my review from giving it perfect scores, the bed wasn't very comfortable, disappointed with the bed. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was nonfunctioning.

The hotel had an excellent rating on Booking.com and that's why I chose it along with the location. The clerk put my sister and I on the top floor which was nice and quiet.
The clerk asked me if I wanted the room cleaned and I said yes. He failed to mention the hotel policy was every other day so we had to call down for towels. When we returned the second day when the room should have been cleaned, the room was not done. The clerk's response was housekeeping went by and we still had our no disturb sign on. When my sister and I had left the beginning of the day, we took the sign off and housekeeping was working on the room next door so his response didn't make sense to me. Three night stay and never had our room cleaned. Overflowing garbage, towels shoved in the corner of the bathroom, having to get my own cups so I could drink water at night. That was very disappointing to me. I don't live like that at home and certainly don't want to pay a decent amount to live like that in a hotel.
