The in room Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Other hotels took forever to fill and would run out of hot water but this one was quick and plenty of hot water.
The breakfast pancake machine was broken. Our mini fridge quit working at night and there was a ton of water that leaked out (I'm assuming from the freezer)

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and easy to get into ( handicap assessable). And good warm breakfast mornings. The sausage gravy and biscuits was exceptional!
Handicap assess into the shower. It was indicated handicap assessable, but had a large step into a tub- not step in easy. And only one outside bar to hold unto when you step into tub. Should have at least another safety hold bar in the actual shower to hold unto for balance and so you don't slip while water is running
