Location was great.
Upon our arrival@ 915pm there was no one at the front desk but a note to go to the attached Hilton Garden inn check in desk. We had to park in overflow parking so had already walked a decent way carrying luggage. I got to the Garden Inn desk and no one was there either. After a few minutes wait, two staff members appeared to check us in. However, a couple behind me were demanding a refund and checking out because they said the building alarms had been going off incessantly since their check in. I started to get nervous. The front desk people did nothing to reassure me. We got to our floor and in fact the alarms were sounding. It was so awful and loud in the halls. Inside the room muffled the sound a bit but it was awful and we were tired and ready for bed. I went to leave the room and ask front desk staff if they had any insights. I ran into several other guests who were all leaving the hotel for other accommodations. Another guest said they had no hot water. I started searching for other hotels nearby but found none. Eventually the alarm stopped and thankfully we had hot water. The bed/pillows were not very comfortable. Location was great, but will probably not stay here again.

I like that tge hotel was 2.5 miles from the Colonial Life Arena. I like that it was clean.I like the other front desk staff, Thomasena. She was very nice and accommodated us for the shower not working by discounting our room and free breakfast passes to the adjoining hotel.
I didn't really like the first lady who checked us in . She was a little nice nasty. When you asked her a question about how far were we from the Colonial Center, she didn't know. She just wasn't friendly and had a smart mouth..I didn't like that our shower wasn't working and maintenance couldn't get it to work. We had to take a wash ip from the sink, And the water pressure from the sink was slow coming out. We were there for only 1 night.
