We stayed at this hotel for a near- by concert, when we arrived at the lobby well after check in time, there were about 40 people milling around in the lobby waiting on their rooms to be ready. I gave my name and was told I’d be notified when our room was available. After waiting an hour, we decided to grab dinner and return to check on our room, which at that time was ready. There were still about 20 people, all going to the same event we were, waiting on their rooms. When we got to our room, it was clean enough. There was no trash can, but I did find one in the hall that I grabbed. The faucet in the bathroom for both the sink and shower were so loose I thought they’d break with the slightest touch, so we had to be pretty careful. I’m not sure I’d recommend this hotel, the location was great for us, and it appeared clean however the check in fiasco pretty much ruined it for future visits.
