The beds weren't soft and felt like sandpaper.

The room got dark. The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner.
There were not enough washcloths.
Room had not been properly cleaned. Old dirty sheets were on the pull out sofa.
No microwave in the room.
