For the most part is was good!

Everything easy to get to, plus the market was very handy.

Their were 4 to 5 teenage boys running rapidly through the hallways on 2nd floor where I was staying, the boys dud this for several hours, they would run around knocking on doors and banging , one of them left a dirty diaper in front of one guests room. I phoned front desk several times trying to figure out who they were and where was their parents, finally after 2 1/2 hours it got resolved, everybody could finally sleep.

The staff super friendly rooms were pretty roomy and clean the pool was open and clean that's huge for us bc I have 2 kids and they love to swim but it seems like the pools are always down and usually they don't say a word about it that upsets me or when I book a room with 2 beds and only get 1 hotels are expensive and it always seems like the staff doesn't care rude or its nasty! But I was surprised this time we got the room we booked breakfast was yummy and clean the front desk clerk wish I got there name short black hair has an accent they were amazing joking around with the kids great attitude such a joy to be around 😀 thank u for making our stay worth it I greatly appreciate that it meant alot to me we travel in different hotels a lot my daughter plays travel ball so we are always in a hotel and it's usually not that great but i think ill be looking for a holiday inn wherever I go 😀

Due to limited parking and no refund or discount given, I will not choose this hotel again.

There is very limited parking available. I arrived late at night and was told to park at another hotel parking lot. I had to walk, late at night, with my young daughter, from an adjacent parking with little lighting. The lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do for me. She did say if there was a handicap parking space available that I could park there. Ridiculous!

Vey boring and unsatisfied

I slept in this hotel on the 3 June 2025. I mistakenly double booked the hotel and included the 4th of June. On the said 3rd of june 2025, there was power outage to which no one have an explanation. No lights no WFI for almost 3 hours. Despite my please for cancellation of the 4th of June, $165 was collected from my account for a room i did not stay in at all. Am asking for a refund of this money. Regards

It was located close to restaurants and stores. There was ample parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was not stated that the pool would not be open, and we were traveling for a football tournament, so we had kids that definitely wanted to swim and we’re looking forward to it.
