Lovely grounds and very peaceful. The pre-ordered Breakfast selection delivered to your room in the morning. Cute llamas. Fancy chickens on the grounds you can feed. Nice vegetable and flower garden and path to walk. Parking was good. Your name on your reserved parking spot was nice touch as was the small porporri bag you fill in the lobby to tuck into your suitcase.
No TV and it was during football season. Our building was across the highway from main grounds.

Charming property that feels very homey. I would definitely stay with them again.
The carpets could use a shampoo but everything else was lovely.

Loved the breakfast service. Feed the chickens, and eat the eggs next morning, what a great idea! It was a peaceful stay with chickens and llamas to visit whenever we wanted, delicious food, nice beach, wonderful staff.
It was a bit pricey.
