It was one of my best stays ever.

Great location but disappointing cottage especially for the price point.

The location and view were amazing! The description of the room’s sleeping accommodations was not accurate however. The booking.com ad described 3 beds: 1 queen, 1 futon and 1 sofa bed and the room actually had a queen bed and an unusable fold out futon that was smaller than a full bed. The room and kitchen needed cleaning. The towels and sheets were clean but the whole room needed to be cleaned of spider webs and dust and some of the kitchen items were unusable (dirty). The screen door needed replacement.

The beds, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the room were not acceptable.

It was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed including a sweet bottle of Husch wine as a welcome

The ocean view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need.

The shower, although it worked well, was super small and the bathroom in general was small. Not much space to put toiletries. But it was manageable. Also the light receptacles for the bedside lights, the bottom plug was not active. Could not charge phones on the bedside table which was a little inconvenient and could be easily fixed.

Of course the Location. Great to just look out your window and see the ocean. Mendocino is just about a five minutes drive north.

A wonderful place to stay in Mendocino County.

Cozy. Lovely view. Close to great places to visit.

The refrigerator was noisy and probably needs a fan repair. The olive oil provided was scant, and I only mention it because we intentionally did not pack any since we saw it was provided in the unit (which seems a luxury!). The furniture was kinda low budget.

The location of our cabin provided a view of the cove out the living room window. Privacy of the each unit was great.

Kitchen with limited supplies. Had to buy a cutting board, not enough pans (all were very small), and a very poor sponge that couldn’t clean everything. Simple stuff that would make your place just wonderful.

The property needs an overhaul of new furniture and cleanliness

It was not clean. The windows were covered with spider webs outside so you b could not open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. The room key did not work and was not fixed during our stay. The property is on need of a refurbishment. Tjebfurniture was old and worn out. The wood pieces were scratched and nicked..

The cottage could use updating and more attention to details.

That it was dog friendly and nice view.

The slope of the driveway had a dip in the middle and numerous gouges in the pavement from cars bottoming out in the driveway. We scraped when coming in the driveway. Neighbor cottage had the front grille torn off their car by the driveway. The dishes were dirty, along with a frying pan that had burnt food in it. The rug was stained in 3 places. The windows and front glass door was filthy. The BBQ had a lot of grease in drip pan that caught on fire when we used it. We also believed that there was a hot tub to use. But apparently not for our cottage. No olive oil and no frisbee , no sponge for dishes.

The property was clean, and so quiet (which is what i was mainly looking for) the kitchen had all the amenities i needed to cook the meals i needed for myself since i have a special diet! i also enjoyed that the property had binoculars in the room so we could see all the beautiful birds, plants, moving ocean! Awesome.

Great views from the living room and porch, cute little lawn in the middle for pups or kids to play. Close to restaurants and beach areas. Kitchen was great to have for making breakfast.

Great little cottages, very romantic.

The location is wonderful. The view is amazing from the balcony. Very romantic accomodations. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine! The kitchens have everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi was strong and easy to connect to.

The cottages sit up on a hillside which is cool, but the driveway is very steep and narrow so be prepared: perfect for a SUV a bit of a grind for a family van. The couch sleeper is not too comfy unless you're a kid. The shower in our cottage "Jenner" has terrible water pressure. Ladies with lots of hair schedule some time to get the soap out. There was a light bulb out in the stairs, which made it awkward to climb them in the dark. So leave the light on downstairs. The sliding door was really difficult to open. Nothing about the cottages or location really made a bad impact on our stay. These are just nitpicky things that shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here. I'm just being honest.

Location and view are excellent. Close to Van Damne state park and Mendocino. Very dog friendly.

No cable or TV service. Fireplace out of order. Poor cell phone reception. Shower dripped continually. Very steep entrance causing your car to bottom out no matter what you did. Dead grass and all landscaping very dry.

Beautiful quiet location looking out to the ocean. Cottage had everything we needed for 3 people including a bathroom on the main level for the person sleeping on the pullout bed and a bathroom in the upstairs bedroom/loft.

Parking is a little goofy based on where your cottage is.
