Great couple of days with my new girlfriend. She LOVED the accommodations!!!
Very clean, well appointed. Loved the kitchen! Big refrigerator. Nice cozy bed. Windows are carefully situated, you don’t look at the adjoining cottages. We had a great view of the cove from the Albion cottage.
The fire pit outside didn’t ignite when I tried it. No problem, it started raining at that point. Nice, warm and cozy inside!!!

Location, grounds and views. Nice to rent a stand alone cabin. Ease of check-in/out with great communication.

Great location but disappointing cottage especially for the price point.
The location and view were amazing! The description of the room’s sleeping accommodations was not accurate however. The booking.com ad described 3 beds: 1 queen, 1 futon and 1 sofa bed and the room actually had a queen bed and an unusable fold out futon that was smaller than a full bed. The room and kitchen needed cleaning. The towels and sheets were clean but the whole room needed to be cleaned of spider webs and dust and some of the kitchen items were unusable (dirty). The screen door needed replacement.
The beds, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the room were not acceptable.

It was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed including a sweet bottle of Husch wine as a welcome
The ocean view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need.
The shower, although it worked well, was super small and the bathroom in general was small. Not much space to put toiletries. But it was manageable. Also the light receptacles for the bedside lights, the bottom plug was not active. Could not charge phones on the bedside table which was a little inconvenient and could be easily fixed.

Nice Stay, I would stay again.
Of course the Location. Great to just look out your window and see the ocean. Mendocino is just about a five minutes drive north.
Tight parking space. Could have been a bit cleaner inside cottage.
