    Slept great, had a wonderful shower and enjoyed staying in that comfy bed watching TV for a bit. Met nice guests and watched the baby bunnies . Thanks so much!

    Cute and spacious cottage with fireplace, quiet with bunnies and lovely wildlife. A 5 minute drive to downtown Mendocino. So fun.

    After booking on Agoda I didn’t receive any instructions and the property does NOT have an onsite office. It was pure luck that another guest pointed us to go to the inn on the next block to check in. Otherwise we were happy with everything and the small bottle of wine as welcome gift was a nice touch. We enjoyed the firewood too.

    Charming property but needs a lot of upgrades and maintenance. I was not given proper information on how to check in ahead of time. The rooms lack privacy, you can hear neighbors.
