Value for money is good. We got a room w/o window facing the common CR, i’m a light sleeper so I always wake up to the sound of footsteps. If you’re like me request a room faraway from the common showers. We’re always outside seeing NYC so this is just enough place to get sleep.

We loved our stay at US Pacific Hotel! We were traveling on a budget with my 65-year-old mom and 2-year-old child, carrying only a few bags, one carry-on suitcase, and a foldable travel stroller. It worked out perfectly for our family.
One thing to note is that the hotel is located on the second floor and requires taking stairs. However, since we packed light and had a foldable travel stroller, it was still manageable and worked well for us. This may be something to consider if you have heavy luggage, limited mobility, or need step-free access.
The hotel follows its rules, but the staff were still very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean, which we really appreciated while traveling with a young child.
The location is 100% recommended. It made exploring Lower Manhattan so easy on foot—we walked through Chinatown, passed Little Italy and City Hall, went by the Brooklyn Bridge area, continued through the Financial District, and made it all the way to Battery Park. There was so much to see right outside the hotel.
For travelers looking for an affordable, clean, conveniently located place to stay in New York City, this was a great choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Strategic location, easy to access subway, rest room is clean and is a private room even though it was a sharing place. Recommended to person who exploring NY city most of the time and just need a place to nap and store baggage

This is no frills lodging. The bedding was old and yellowed but clean. The room was windowless and small but it serves its purpose. Noise was not an issue. The front desk attendant was very nice. The restrooms were clean but shared amongst the guests on each floor. If you need a place to shower and sleep in central location and have NO expectations, then this is an economical spot. I would stay here again. Also, there is no elevator.
