Steps away from the subway, competitive price, comfortable bed, friendly and attentive staff, felt safe being a solo female travelling for the World Cup, coffee machine, water machine, complementary Rice Krispies ❤️🥹⚽️

Room didn’t have a closet or a shelf where I could put my clothes, but I managed to put it on the sofa and because my English isn’t perfect I was ringing the bell and I didn’t understand I was supposed to push the door straightaway the first day

Thank you to the staff at CityNest they really made me feel welcome. As a solo traveler they gave me great advice, loved the place was super cozy and affordable. Free snacks and coffee is always a good bonus!

I had an amazing stay ROSS at the front desk made my trip so much easier and safer with helping me out.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. They played a large part in the positives of the stay. Also I appreciated how clean the bathrooms were especially being that it was shared.

While my sheets did smell clean there was a few stains and holes on the sheets themselves that was covered by the blanket and pillows. I had to lay on an extra towel that was given to me which was very uncomfortable. It was a bit cold even though it was a warmer night due to the how open the rooms are and the covers weren’t all that warm. Lastly there was a room with a non automatic door where someone kept coughing extremely loudly and even spitting. This was very off putting and just overall a disturbance.
