The pictures are accurate - Sohotel looks exactly as pictured. Exposed brick, beautifully finished, cool lighting and accent pieces all around. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a touch on the small side, but very comfortable bed, nice amenities (cool Bluetooth powered sound system, camera to borrow), bathroom was amazing - heated floor, great shower and looked beautiful.
We'll be back for sure.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Blocks away from Chinatown and the subway. The hotel was artistic and interesting, from zebra striped couches to pink telephones. The staff was exceptional, from a warm welcome to assisting us with our travel plans. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and the bed very comfortable. There are no dressers or drawers for clothing. There was a rack to hang clothes but it didn't accommodate long coats or dresses. There was very good coffee in the reception area in the mornings.
The only downside was that the street noise was quite loud during the night and there are no elevators. Staff where available to help with carrying luggage up the stairs. When you arrive, there are 2 short sets of stairs you need to climb to get to reception. If you have mobility issues, this could be something to consider. I would definitely here again.

Old hotel in a great area. No elevator on site so get ready to carry luggage 4 flights of stairs! Rooms are decent size and hotel has a boutique feel. Staff are barely present. Better options out there!
