The room and front porch were impeccable. The landscaping was well-kept and attractive. The amenities in the office were unexpected and very welcoming.

As many have mentioned, the owner and staff are absolutely delightful. They are ready and willing to supply recommendations and even go above and beyond to make the most of your stay. Free coffee in the office, two chairs and a table outside your door, and included parking spot. The location was perfectly centralized for our needs -- a close walk to downtown, but also a quiet street away from the larger crowds and right near the roads both to Cadillac and the northern shore restaurants.
So little - but would've been nice to have body wash and conditioner in addition to the provided shampoo (but may have just been a housekeeping oversight, and frankly we didn't ask).
