We enjoyed our visit at this hotel. My wife and I talked about using your hotel again in the future.

We liked the room, the pull out couch, the beds, the breakfast, and the pool. The staff were approachable and friendly. We enjoyed how close it was to things.

We didn't like that there were not more pillows. The hot tub was down.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious enough.

We were put next door to a room with 2 dogs who yelped throughout the night. The hotel did not seem full so not sure why we were put next door or even on that floor. Also need more coffee machines! And the front desk person barely looked up.

I will never go back.

The breakfast worker on Saturday morning was very kind and inviting.

The front desk supervisor was not accommodating at all, she was rude and demanding. It truly brought down the energy of my entire stay. I requested to speak with a manager and she bulldozed the conversation not allowing the manager to make any decisions for herself. She was loud and unprofessional during her shift even spent hours on the phone with her friends on speaker cursing and yelling. She blamed other staff members for her mistakes and gossiped about them to another guest.

Disappointed that spa was broken.

The main reason for going was to spend some time in the spa/jacuzzi. It was broken. Very disappointed. I wish I had known this before I reserved the room. I only live twenty minutes from the facility. So the time away was only for leisure and relaxation.

Worst stay ever will never go back

The pool

We booked a king size room and they gave us the wrong room then we step out to go to CVS and someone was complaining about noises when we get back to our room we get a call from the front desk about noise complaints from our room that we was not in we was gone for 1hr the next morning they move us to another room as soon as we move into the new room one of the workers herd a noise coming from the room we just moved to complaining about a noise at 1pm yes mam we are blowing balloons me and my wife and son because we was there celebrating my wife Birthday we was just feed up with the nonsense we pack out stuff back up and ask for a full refund for our 2 night stay and left such a inconvenience stay that we will never go back at all EVER so now we will see if they give me my full refund like the lady said they would a day that was supposed to be relaxing and fun for my wife Birthday turn out to be terrible

Modern. Appeared to be well maintained.

My sheets and pillow case were dirty. Not something you want to see, or sleep in. I went down to have them changed and was informed that housekeeping was gone for the day. They provided me with new sheets and I had to make the bed up myself. Not really acceptable. No mention of a discount or refund was made. Definitely should have been, would have went a long way.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff and was close to our destination spots.

Beautiful quiet side street with no traffic noise. The room was huge and the pool area was warm, clean and family friendly.

You can tell the rooms are getting older and need revamped-missing drawer pull, creaky beds

Wonderful place to stay!!

We had a king room, which was very nice, and had lots of room. The bed was very comfortable and good quality pillows. The shower was amazing! The pool was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was just what we needed after driving 626 miles in 1 day. Breakfast was also delicious with many options for food. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here, and when in the area again, we will stay here. Beautiful facility and close to shopping and several different restaurants, and minutes from I-90.

The facility itself was ideally located near the attractions we were visiting. We always like a continental breakfast that has a variety of choices.

The only complaint I have is that I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but we were put in a room with one king.

For business or pleasure, this is a good place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the offerings and quality of the included breakfast. The entire facility, including my room, was very clean and everything worked as expected. The room was quiet, no noisy elevator or ice machine sounds. The complimentary WiFi was fast and didn't drop.

Great space, nice big and clean!

I loved how big and beautiful the room was, there was a couch and a table and the beds were amazing, clean and comfortable! I loved that there was a kureg in the room and a refrigerator. I had 3 t.v's in my room so I could sit and eat at the table and watch t.v ot sit on the couch and watch t.v or sit in bed and watch t.v so that was pretty cool! The hot tub was amazing! And breakfast was available in the morning.

We arrived at 4:40 and check-in begins at 4. Well, we were sitting in the lobby for about 50 minutes waiting for our room to be cleaned and available. It completely messed up my plans. Apparently, multiple staff called off. There were kids running constantly above me. I went to the hotel to get a break from my own kids and have a nice night with my husband and I was up all night listening to stomping and running around it got quiet about midnight and they were back up at 6 A.M running around again so I got barely any sleep! I did call the office, and they said they would take care of it, but that didn't happen. There were also no towels available at the pool either. (The last time I went there, they had a ton of towels available)

Overall, a nice stay, but a bad end with getting told to leave.

Good location, rooms were nice, breakfast was tasty, with many options to choose from, pool was nice & big, fitness room was spacious, and everything was easy to find.

Couldn’t swim in pool past 11am check out time, the front desk attendant & janitor came in the pool area to tell us to leave. The flushing of toilets were pretty noticeable throughout the day & night.
