It was good , the staff was friendly , the room was clean ,the beds were really hard . I always enjoy the continental breakfast but the pancake machine was broken and it didn’t have as many choices as far as fruit , yogurt , muffins . It was pretty bare and we were there pretty early .

Excellent choice to stay here as reviews of other local properties were scary. The staff was especially friendly and always greeted us upon returning. Our room was clean and quiet (5th floor) and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was neat, clean, and very convenient to our events in the Cleveland area. Staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was good and not the usual cereal and waffles. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size.

The pool caused rashes due to high chlorine content but was otherwise wonderful. The breakfast struggled to stay stocked a little. There was always something not available that said it was. Overall it was good. Especially on a holiday weekend.

Everyone is always so friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool/hot tub is fabulous, and to top it off, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious (free btw too!). Checking in the guy was great..checking out though the lady was very rude! My daughter was swimming and i went to turn my keys in because we were going to leave from the pool. Well the lady at the front desk asked me if we were swimming i said yes but i didnt want to hold up a room since we were done with it. She said you cannot turn in your key until your out of the pool. I said oh really i did not know that. I asked her what the latest i could check out she said 1130 without being charged another night. I said ok. And the attitude she had when saying it was what bothered me...at 1130 i went back up there to turn my keys in and she said is everyone out of the pool (real snoody) i advised yes they are here with me. And that was it.

This was a great place for a get away. Brought the kids to swim. The pool was big with a seperate place for smaller kids to play as well. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Continental breakfast included had a little bit of everything you may like. We will definitely be back.

I had a very nice time staying there! Loved the pool and hot tub! Thought the breakfast was pretty nice. I liked how they had turkey sausage. Thought there should be garbage can in kitchenette cabinet next to fridge underneath counter and microwave. I liked the sink faucet in kitchenette. Refrigerator didn’t seem very cold and was up as high as could go. Bed linens and comforter very comfy! Bathroom should have a vent and slow quiet close toilet seat lid. Had very noisy neighbors one night out of two! Front desk staff very nice and hospitable!

Except about 3 huge groups of kids came in and began to do cannonballs splashing the smaller children and babies and no one said anything to them to the point we all just had to leave….staff refused to bring up towels to our room. The pool is one of the best hotel pools I have seen - large, and included a kiddy splash area and hot tub, and all of them were working. The blankets were thick and warm, and the breakfast seating area was large.
