It was ok

Elevators were awful. Super hot , packed like sardines , smell sweat and odors and crotches, not even a fan in them? Ontop of that have to wait at peak times to catch one. It was the worst part

We love everything about Splash. The location is beautiful it’s very family oriented.

I don’t really think there’s anything to say here. It is pricey but for the location, the beautiful beach and everything it offers I think it’s worth it for me. I feel safe here with my child. That’s worth everything.

I like everything. The scenery. My stay was so simple. Even the courtesy of still being able to park until morning with no penalty was awesome with late check in. I had everything in my room.

The water in the splash pad for the children was icey cold like ice was out in it.

Amenities were good, staff was very nice & kept things very well clean & picked up, the bed was comfy, and the shower experience was very good! Loved Coco Loco’s!

The check in process was a headache, arrived at 6:45om & the registration desk was closed for us to be able to receive wrist bands & parking pass- had to go down and get it the next morning. After checking in, we did not know whether we were staying in the east or west tower, we had to find a random couple and ask them in which they explained to us the letter “E or W” in the room number. VERY long door codes, which required us to keep our phones in our hand every time we had to go up to the room for something. This felt unnecessary. The large lip leading out to the balcony was a fall hazard as well. I mentioned the bed was very comfy however the headboard squeaked loudly every time we moved. Lastly, we used the air conditioner the last night (had heat on the nights prior) and it never cooled lower than 72 even though it was set at 68.
