I would give our condo 3.5/5 stars. Check-in was a nightmare. None of our communication explained our suite was actually 2 connected suites with a shared lobby; the resort door plates did not match the room number we were given. Cleanliness was great, and all large appliances worked well. The kitchen was poorly outfitted. There was not enough silverware or mugs to set 10 places, and no steak knives. All dishes were mis-matched, and utensils were flimsy, dollar store purchases. The only cookware was 2 pots, 2 skillets, 1 broiler pan, no hot pads. Having meals together as a family at the condo was challenge and certainly not what I'd expect for the price we paid. We will come back to resort again for sure, but I would explore privately owned condo options before booking with Panhandle again.

All was wonderful here. The only draw back was the elevators being down for a bit and when there were working, there wasn’t enough elevators to support the number of people at the resort. The condo unit itself was fabulous.

My family & friends stay at this condo this past week and overall we really enjoyed our stay. There are little things that could be fixed... for example when we got there we could not get into our condo bc the codes that were given were not accurate and we had to call Panhandle. Also, I had msged to see if a crockpot was in the condo and I was
