Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

We did have some issues getting in day one but the communication was fast and we were able to get inside. The floors also had water seeping up between the cracks so that was an inconvenience during the stay. They were also working on the condo directly above us so we listened to grinding and sawing a majority of the week. The condo could definitely use some updated pans that didn't have the non stick coating all scratched off, plus pot holders would be nice.

Slight hiccup at check in when the door code would not work but the staff was responsive and helpful. Condo is showing lack of maintenance with multiple items needing repair but decor is updated and fresh feeling. Beach view is beautiful and peaceful from the patio at each bedroom. Pools and beach were overcrowded but it is summertime so it’s to be expected.
