About this apartment rental
I have one week open and it is 9/26-10/2. May your beach vacation a reality and fraction of the price. Normal price of this week is $1300 base ($1678 total) I am offering at 25% off base so $975 base, $185 cleaning and 13% tax takes total to $1310. There are fees from vrbo that I can't change but when you get quote, you will see those.
*Please only book through this site or my other site on ecbyo - If you send inquiry through vrbo and I respond, it will come through vrbo not a personal email. Scammers are out there so be cautious!
Guests come back to our condo year after year! It is the beachcomber floor plan which is the largest plan of the two-bedroom condos at Splash. We just completed a huge renovation that makes our condo even more desirable. We took out the carpet in the master bedroom and replaced it with beautiful tile that looks like hardwood. We took the old tile out of the master bath and used the same new tile that is in the master bedroom, it is gorgeous! We also put in all new stainless steel appliances and new cabinets in our kitchen. We added a new oversized chair to the family room and added two smart tv's that now hang on the walls in both bedrooms.
Book your vacation with us this summer, you will be so happy you did!
Rate includes taxes & cleaning. Guest pays $45 fee (total) for parking and pool passes directly to resort.
There is an additional service fee charged by vrbo for online booking based on the price of the particular week you are renting.
