In an extended stay that the floors were laminated is a good thing. Every room has had a pet (large hairy dog) in it and the "no carpeting" was a cleaner look.
For the money it was fine.

The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helped me out. My check in went smoothly and I didn't have any issues there. The bed was not too bad either in the room which I was thankful for. The location is very convenient for me when I visit. The bathroom in my room was also fairly basic but worked how I needed.
There didn't seem to be enough folks on staff to help with check out, since I left earlier than the final time listed, which was 11am. The room and bathroom unfortunately smelled musty, to the point I had to by Lysol spray to make the room smell a little better. The room and bathroom were also not clean but I did check the bed and it was comfortable to sleep in and the sheets seemed clean in that regard. There was some sound that was disruptive but at least it did not go on throughout the night where I couldn't sleep. It was still strange to be able to hear some people very clearly and I could hear stomping, chairs scraping across the floor (the floors in the room are not carpeted), etc. It was also a bummer that there wasn't even a blow dryer for my hair which I normally can find in most hotels I've stayed at.
