Hated the staff for the inconvenience

Well staff called and canceled my room because of water problems I had been driving for 14 hrs and I got a call So had to pull over on hwy to find different rooms before I got to Grand Junction which more expensive

I unfortunately do not think I would stay here again

The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helped me out. My check in went smoothly and I didn't have any issues there. The bed was not too bad either in the room which I was thankful for. The location is very convenient for me when I visit. The bathroom in my room was also fairly basic but worked how I needed.

There didn't seem to be enough folks on staff to help with check out, since I left earlier than the final time listed, which was 11am. The room and bathroom unfortunately smelled musty, to the point I had to by Lysol spray to make the room smell a little better. The room and bathroom were also not clean but I did check the bed and it was comfortable to sleep in and the sheets seemed clean in that regard. There was some sound that was disruptive but at least it did not go on throughout the night where I couldn't sleep. It was still strange to be able to hear some people very clearly and I could hear stomping, chairs scraping across the floor (the floors in the room are not carpeted), etc. It was also a bummer that there wasn't even a blow dryer for my hair which I normally can find in most hotels I've stayed at.

We didn’t stay there we ended up leaving immediately less than five minutes after arrival and no one came out of the off

The outside was phenomenal

I didn’t like how the rooms were scuffed up on the walls, and there were dirty blankets on one of the beds floors were dirty. There was hand marks and splatters of food, and it was just overall gross and uncomfortable

Spartan, but clean accommodations. And they had LIME scooters available.

In an extended stay that the floors were laminated is a good thing. Every room has had a pet (large hairy dog) in it and the "no carpeting" was a cleaner look.

Bed was terrible, almost like a mattress one would find in a halfway house or prison. Also seem like homeless people registered at this location possibly paid by the government.

Not what I expected

The walls were dirty next to our bed, looked like something was spilled on it and not cleaned up and there was what looked like boogers on the wall. There was hair all over our bathroom and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom.

The price was ok. I guess you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive but we were not prepared for such a low quality hotel. Shocking!

It was like a college dorm but worse. Bad smell in the hallways. I didn’t realize a hotel like this even existed. From the outside it looked like any basic hotel but almost scary inside.

Only a single double bed in room. Bed felt like a water mattress. Kitchenette totally unequaled- not even a cup for coffee. Very austere appearance - felt like a military barracks. Definitely would not stay again.

It was ok for the night but I won't be staying there again.

The room was clean and quite.

The bed was uncomfortable. Outlets in the room didn't work. The tv needed to be connected upon arrival. Staff appeared to not care if I was a guest or not. No staff was on duty upon checking out in the morning. There were no dishes in the kitchen area, coffee pot etc. I was charged an extra $100 because I was a local person using the room? That was to be refunded if there was no damage to the room and hasn't been done to date.

The location is the best, adjacent to Community Hospital. Room was exceptionally clean this time.
