Ashley greeted us when we first came in. She was approachable, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Our breakfast crew did a phenomenal job.

Pool area was a bit humid however, I think that goes with the heat of the day in GJ. Not sure there was anything the staff could do about it.

The perfect location. The staff was Amazing. Room was a fair size for family of 5 (kids under 16). Great pool and hot tub area. Coffee was good. Happy that it was pet friendly and the deposit was affordable. Thank you!

It looked higher end on advertisement, but it was a little run down. Entire property Needs some upgrading on a few things. Our room had leftover garments from the previous guests, trash and candy boxes left on the tables. The bedding & pillows had an unclean stench. The back door handle was broken, so you had to walk all the way around to the front, rather than go back up the stairs you exited. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast area was small and compact, Overall a fair place, I would maybe return!

Central ish location

Room was dirty, as in two pieces of trash that were not ours on floor, didn't seem like they vacuumed, not very well stocked. TERRIBLE water pressure, could hear people walking in the room above us. Air conditioner made clicking noise consistently. They were unable to find our booking for about 15 minutes, questioned if we were at the right place. Even with booking number and name and looking physically at reservation on phone. The cost was more than it was worth. That was the most upsetting. We sprung for a more expensive hotel thinking it would be worth it.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Close to the mall and restaurants.

Dingy room. The door to the bathroom (pocket door) was stuck thanks to the tile on the floor. Once I got it to slide out it didn't touch so it couldn't be locked. DUST....DUST and more DUST!!! Please tell your housekeepers to do a better job and have maintenance fix the bathrooms. There was also mold along the base of the shower.

It looked nice and staff was friendly. Clean for the most part. A little dusty.

Kids stomping around on the floor above us till 11pm. So loud it I could hear it over our headphones. Texted the staff and they called the room and got them to settle down. Then at breakfast hit cereal which tasted off. Ended up being spoiled milk - a week past the date. Nasty. Not a good experience overall.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I liked that the pool is saltwater. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

The pool was very cold! Two ladies were smoking at the hot tub so it was not family friendly. The floor in the pool area were slippery when wet. A floor with light traction would be safer. It would be nice if breakfast was until 10. Some family members are difficult to get downstairs before 9. We were there at 8:30 and it was a slim pick on items.

Location was nice.

We checked in around 530. Assigned a room to us. When we went up to the room it was filthy. Like bag of trash full of beer bottles, carpet full of who knows what, used soap bar laying on the sink, and counters were still dirty. We called the front desk and they gave us a new room which looked clean but still makes you nervous about how clean the rooms were.
