Location, view, cleanliness, knowledgeable and kind staff
The beds are traditional spring and hard. Not comfortable even with putting their spare blankets under the sheet. Hopefully they switch to memory foam mattresses like the Hilton.

Loved the location and the breakfast
I booked queen beds but the bed I had was too small to be a queen or it was the smallest queen I’ve ever seen. Same thing last time I booked them but I thought I had not booked queens by accident so made sure to book room with two queen beds. Beds were comfortable just not really comfortable for two people

Slow elevators, not enough elevators, mid quality breakfast, unpleasant desk staff, parking fee for small garage
