    We recently stayed June 19-22 2026. The refrigerator was very dirty, looked like it had black mold growing on it, the showerhead was broken along with a tile on the bathroom floor, old food crumbs were molding by the refrigerator. House keeping didn’t seem to come in on Sunday to give us clean fresh towels. I’ve tried to upload pictures but it is failing to upload.

    We've stayed here many times always clean rooms. We did notice that new carpet was installed in our room on 3rd floor. Could use more options oWe've stayed here quite a bit, and it's always a solid choice. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they're consistently spotless and well-maintained. It's nice to see they're updating things, like that new carpet on the third floor. Overall, it's a comfortable and reliable spot for a visit. We'll definitely be back again.n the breakfast options

    We came to Gatlinburg from Thursday to Sat. Never had stayed in Gatlinburg, we usually stay in Pigeon Forge. But this hotel was great, close to town. We will be back

    When I first opened the door, the smell was terrible. The AC smelled worse, but the fridge was the worst of all.
