Jennifer was very nice. Room spacious for family of 4. Parking a little tight with bigger vehicles. Front staff pleasant. Room was ready when we arrived

Very nice place stay in the Gatlinburg area a few times a year and this was one of the nicest place we have stayed. Staff very friendly and courteous. Housekeeping exceptional on the 3 floor for are room 301 . Will be coming back in a few months . HOPE ALL THE STAFF STAYS THE SAME . i would like to Thank the staff for a Great stay .
