We have stayed here 20ish times. It's always pleasant. Simple. No bugs. Mostly clean every time. Few instances of dirty sheets, but new sheets brought immediately. Decent breakfast. Nice for a 1 or 2 night stay. Staff is always so personable and nice.

Located within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The parking lot is very small and fills up quickly. You may have to park at their off site overflow parking lot which is located the next street over. The price we payed was not bad, however, prices always change at hotels in Gatlinburg. It may be worth it one weekend and not worth it the next.

Loved the location and room. Rooms are very nice, however it would be nice for housekeeping to come by and touch up the room while you are out for the day. Parking can be a challenge and you will have to park around the corner if they are out of parking on site but it’s free, just make sure you have your parking decal in the windshield and you are good to go and communicate with front desk about parking. Walls are thin as paper and we could hear our neighbor having sex at midnight for an hour. Breakfast is just regular continental breakfast foods. Go out and explore what Gatlinburg has to offers for breakfast. Go to Doughnut Friar for pastries and bring cash. Just love Gatlinburg and you will too. Definitely would stay again.
