It was Big Room with sitting area and off to side was a table with 4 chairs! Also a desk in Room, nice Shower, and a private balcony over the river, Room 706! Enjoyed! Good location if the Great Smoky Mountains Park is your Destination!

We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights and it is definitely worth it. The room is clean and very spacious. The balcony has the river view. From the balcony you can sometimes see black bears visiting. We had an amazing stay and will definitely go back again.

We had an amazing stay. The room is big and my kids have plenty of space to play. Definitely recommend if you have kids as they will have their own little space. The balcony is nice too.. over looking the river. You can even sometimes see the bear hanging out there. Il

We came in early just to ask if we could check in early and we are willing to pay for additional payment. Not greeted back by the receptionist. That is not really a big issue for us. But the male receptionist at that time is very rude. Showed him my confirmed booking in Agoda and he said that I was not booked. He is telling a lot of things that is not really necessary, provoking us- really very unprofessional. We waited for afternoon because he told us that there is no available cleaner for an early check in. In the afternoon he insisted that he called me a lot of times and was calling me with another name which I repeatedly told him I'm not the same person- I showed him my ID. And after waiting, he finally found my booking. If he only listened and not not said a lot of things that is really unnecessary. Hopefully the management will review the footage if there is any camera in there so they know what kind of employee they have. I am not expecting a lot from a hotel but employee should show some respect too. In fairness, the room is very clean and nice and the receptionist following him is very nice to us.
