I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were well‑maintained. Breakfast was fresh and far better than expected. Every interaction felt genuine, and I left feeling relaxed and well cared for. I’d gladly stay again.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg. Hotel was nice and very cozy. No refrigerator but thankfully we brought our cooler. Staff were professional and welcoming. Recommend for a relaxing stay in the heart of Gatlinburg.
