How to get to each floor was very difficult for seniors in particular!!!

location was great.
No wifi for the first 4 days, one of the pools was closed for repair( the one right outside our room) we had to walk to other side of hotel to second pool, which was a good distance . breakfast options were limited. Floor of room was filthy, no carpet, made our socks really dirty.
